Each of the pieces of glass art we offer you is one of a kind and may or may not be the exact piece you see here. For your convenience, we have provided you with a toll-free # and daily hours of operation 7 days a week. All members of our staff are knowledgeable on each of the artists we represent and well equipped to answer all of your questions. If you are not able to call during our working hours, feel free to leave a message, and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Shopping Cart - We have provided an easy to use format for purchasing on line. You can check the status or change what you have selected to order at any time by selecting the “Check Out” box located below the larger image on any item on the site. The site is totally secure for submitting your personal information including credit card specifics. If you are more comfortable, you can also call us with your ordering information. We will call or email you when we receive your order to confirm that we received it and to inform you when it will be shipped. Feel free to use the Special Requests box at the bottom of the Order Summary page or Check Out page to ask questions or present special requests (eg., gift wrapping, color preferences, etc.).

Return Policy - You may return any piece within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from Kela’s unless in the unlikely event there is a previously undetected defect in the piece. In this case, Kela’s would happily pay for the shipping costs to and from the customer.

Sending a Gift / Gift Certificate - We often send specific pieces or gift certificates for our customers directly to friends, family, etc. Enclosed with the piece(s) is an artist bio and one of our colorful gift cards with your personal message on it.

Glass Pieces Not Pictured On Our Website - Occasionally, the exact piece you are looking for may not be pictured on our website. Call or E-Mail us with your specific preferences (size, color, type, artist, price, etc.) and we will E-Mail you digital photos with descriptions of pieces we currently have that closely match your description. If you are not comfortable receiving images by E-Mail, we will gladly send you hard copies in the mail.

Custom Work / Special Orders - We invite your requests. We have had great success over the years having our artists make special pieces for our customers. Maybe you see a piece you like and want it made in a different color combination or slightly larger. This can be done; remember however, each piece is one of a kind and may vary slightly from your expectations. Allow 4-10 weeks typically for delivery.

Payment Methods - We gladly accept your choice of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Money Order / Cashier's Check, or Traveler's Check

Please note the following:
1) Every effort will be made to ship your order no later than the next business day on items in stock.
2) Prices posted on this site are subject to change without notice. Artists will periodically adjust pricing based on demand, increased cost of materials, etc.
3) Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, size/weight, of the glass piece(s). Most pieces can be shipped by UPS Ground for under $35, Larger pieces requiring an oversize box will be more depending on the piece. 2 Day and International shipping service is also available.
4) All pieces are signed and dated by the artist.

Each piece of glass in Kela's collection is effectively one of a kind. While each artist can often closely reproduce what is pictured, your item may vary slightly in size, shape, or color. As a result, you are always assured of purchasing a truly unique piece of glass art. We will gladly E-Mail you a digital photo of the exact piece you are purchasing for your approval before shipping it to you.
